Date: 2025 to present day

Objective: Redesign a small paved courtyard garden and front raised bed garden, for a young couple in a Victorian terrace.

Considerations: Heavily shaded areas, low maintenance and continued seasonal interest planting, synchronicity with the contemporary re-modeling of the house.

Result: Bespoke metal planters creating depth at the back wall filled with woodland planting, a plinth for a large pot and Acer framed by the back door. A collection of pots to bring colour and variety that can be seen through an alternate window. Front garden filled with shade tolerant plants.
